Together with the substance of Mr. Wedderburn's speech relating to those letters. And the report of the Lords committee to His Majesty in council ..." Includes a reprint of t.p. of the original edition, an extract from Bancroft's History of the United States, relating to Franklin's appearance before the Privy council, and the Earl of Chatham's speech of January 20, 1775.
