A reprint with additions, of the second London edition of a pamphlet published and edited by Israel Mauduit in 1774, entitled: "The letters of Governor Hutchinson, and Lieut. Governor Oliver, &c. Printed at Boston. And remarks thereon. With the assembly's address, and the proceedings of the Lords committee of council. Together with the substance of Mr. Wedderburn's speech relating to those letters. And the report of the Lords committee to His Majesty in council ..." Includes a reprint of t.p. of the original edition, an extract from Bancroft's History of the United States, relating to Franklin's appearance before the Privy council, and the Earl of Chatham's speech of January 20, 1775.
